My total experience with OC Autosource has been so amazing I had to write this review. To start off with I was shopping for a Mercedes SL class roadster, I,had my eyes on 2. One an 08 with 29k miles on it at a larger dealership and an 07 with 47k at OC, 08 a couple grand more than the 07.
Was near OC Auto so I had my buddy call them to inquire for me as I was driving.
Now, here's what initially impressed me. Within the first 30 seconds into the call he was informed about a leak in the hydrolic system of the roof and that it was being fixed and with Genuine Mercedes parts. The fact that before anything was said, and was informed immediately before we got there displayed the Integrity of the owner, Tony who took the call, which highly surprised me in the beginning. Since we were in the area we decided to check it out. And was very warmly greeted. No pressure, almost as if a neighbor was just showing you around. Just really comfortable. Showed me the car, amongst all the other AMAZING luxury vehicles that were there, pointed out the features and added options my vehicle had, and the rarity of the color combination of the particular vehicle. Also that they could service the car right there with Mercedes parts. Loved that fact.
Now, the SL has always been my dream car, especially when the come out with the hard top convertable. Honestly, I never thought I would ever get one, would never be able to afford it. But these guys made my dreams come true, a few days before my birthday even!
These guys knew that I'm just an average Joe, not a CEO or anything and, this is pretty much the last car that I'll ever purchase, but I never felt like they were just selling just to sell, they were creating a relationship with a new customer. They went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. Didn't say they could and crash it down with an unrealistic goal for me to achieve. They followed through everything they promised.
I'm so very happy with the level of service and the "Whatever it takes" & "we'll work it out" attitude that made me their client. And being a smaller dealer, a more individualized service to the client. They also seem to be able to pick out the best of the best of these pre-owned high end luxury vehicles and sports cars, I'm constantly being asked if my SL is a 12 or 13, and actually was approached by a car broker, while in LA, at a grocery store parking lot wanting to buy mine right there, a day after I took possession of it! And made me take his number to call him when I was ready to sell it! That was an amazing feeling! I've only been driving it for a day and a half!
There is so much more I could say, but, this itself is quite a bit.
Needless to say I never looked at the 08 with less mileage, because I got so much more than my dream car, I have a place that I can trust to work on it, people I can trust to send my friends to and, most of all, new friends that made a dream into a reality.
Looking forward to seeing your new showroom! It's definitely going to attract new clients and a spot that will be easy to find.
